Polowana Backwoods Kitchen is a full service catering company based out of St. Helena Island, South Carolina. We bring unique and savory menu items to your events using authentic and traditional recipes that have been passed down over centuries.

Plated Dinner
This is the most formal and traditional of our serving styles. Hosts will select a single entrée option served or two entrée options, which your guests can either order in advance (usually via their RSVP card) or at the event.
Family Style
Your guests will relax and share laughs while their meals are brought to the table on large platters. Guests then serve themselves from the dishes which are passed around the table.
